Signature cocktails with a sense of place

Our signature list is where Beirut meets Dubai. A few guest favourites:

• ✦Zaatar Afandi — gin, mandarin, wild thyme, lemon. Bright citrus with a herbal finish.
• ✦Harbor Mule — vodka, saffron honey, lemon, ginger beer. Spiced, lively and refreshing.
• ✦Beirut — Black Label, dates, walnut, lemon. Rich, nutty and rounded.
• ✦North Village — tequila, peanut, pineapple, ginger, fennel. Tropical fruit with a savoury edge.
• ✦On an Island — white and dark rum, mango, peach, passion fruit, lemon.
• ✦K&M — gin, Aperol, sparkling wine, grenadine, rosemary.
• ✦Amore Mio — vodka, watermelon juice, lemon, homemade watermelon syrup.

Wine, Champagne and sparkling

White, rosé and red wines are served by the 150 ml glass or by the bottle, and Prosecco by the 125 ml glass. For a celebration, the Champagne list runs from Moët Brut NV and Moët Ice Imperial to Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Laurent-Perrier Rosé and Dom Pérignon Luminous.

Spirits, arak and bottles for the table

Whisky, vodka, gin, tequila, cognac and brandy, and rum are poured by the 30 ml measure or served by the bottle. Arak — the Lebanese table classic — is there for the round to share. For a bigger night, Bottles for the Table include Don Julio 1942, The Macallan 18 Double Cask, Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Grey Goose and Belvedere.

Classics, spritzes, beer and something without alcohol

The familiar favourites are made with care on the classic cocktails list, spritzes bring a sparkling finish, and beer comes by the bottle or the bucket of six. Liqueurs and shooters close the night. Not drinking? The Without Alcohol section has something for every moment, and our cocktails can be reimagined without alcohol.
